Hi Neil,
The age old trick of taking dents out of balsa wood by wetting the wood also works with foam.  Wet the dented area with water (I use a Windex spray bottle), then simply dry it off with a Monokote iron and it will pull the dents out, wood and foam, be careful of the heat.
For some real handy nut drivers I like the type from Ace Hardware with the hollow shaft, #21773 the 1/4" for 4/40 nuts and also great for installing needle valve spraybars.  #21774 the 5/16" works great on 6/32 nuts and glow plugs, with the hollow shaft it doesn't matter how long the bolts are.
Most of the people I know or have seen my video on building the Yankee Nipper already know about the nylon drywall tape with the sticky back.  I use 20" long pieces over the spars and trailing edge, top and bottom of wing; simply iron it down and then coat it with white glue or any water based glue wiping off excess with paper towel.  After it dries give it a light sanding before covering, this makes for a very strong wing with very little weight gain.  This stuff can be bought in any home improvement store, Ace, Home Depot, etc., one roll will do many, many airplanes, it comes in white and blue if color matters.  Hope this is of some help to somebody.
