This and That by Jim Carpenter
A good way to past time on winter days is to balance props (all props should be balanced, no matter what make).  I use a high point balancer and some 150 sandpaper, sanding the front of the prop and also dulling the edges of both blades, do not sand the back of the prop (which is also called the face of the prop), if you do you will lose your pitch.
The back of the prop is called the face because it is facing the pilot in a real airplane.
The next 2 photos is just a neat way to keep your pins and X-Acto knives (nothing like putting your fingers in a box of pins- "OUCH!").
It's nothing more than a piece of foam, mine came from a craft shop but any scrap foam will work.

The last photo shows how to get around the irritating chore of separating the backing on plastic covering, very simple, piece of masking tape front and back and pull apart.
